Our challenge is to bring to fruition the soul and intuition of our artists, in less than 2 centimeters! Our wax model is slowly created through sculpture and retouches, drop by drop.
We use a ‘lost-wax’ process, or ‘cera persa’ in Italian. It’s a method of metal casting in which a molten metal is poured into a mold that has been created by means of a wax model. Once the mold is made, the wax model is melted and drained away, hence the term, ‘lost wax.’
